Role Overview

The main responsibilities of the distributor include promoting, selling, and distributing Mondoux Confectionery products, such as our flagship product Sweet Sixteen, Giacomo, and other national brands like Nerds and Pez.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities within a defined geographical territory
• Sell regular, seasonal, and promotional products
• Visit points of sale approximately every 2 weeks within the territory
• Build trust and establish relationships with customers to become their go-to resource in the confectionery category
• Execute merchandising according to planograms
• Place product orders and manage inventory
• Handle product returns and rotation inside stores and trucks
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels
• Perform administrative tasks, including bank deposits
• Maintain the truck and work equipment
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to meet corporate goals

Qualifications
