Overview

Corporate Development Manager. Inner Circle Agency is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing group of companies with ambitious expansion goals. The leadership team is scaling rapidly and looking to strengthen its corporate development function to support a series of strategic acquisitions. We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to take ownership of the acquisition strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is key to driving the company’s aggressive growth plan, building acquisition pipelines, leading deal processes, and preparing the group for a successful future exit.

Location and Hours

Job Location : Flexible (Remote)

Working Hours : Full-time

Languages : English required; bilingualism an asset

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s growth targets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition targets
  • Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
  • Structure and finalize acquisition transactions
  • Manage integration planning post-acquisition in collaboration with operations
  • Develop financial models and ROI analyses for acquisition opportunities
  • Present strategic recommendations and updates to leadership on pipeline and progress
  • Monitor market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitor activity
Qualifications

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or consulting with a focus on M&A
  • Proven track record executing multiple acquisitions
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

Preferred :

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience leading cross-functional integration initiatives
