Job summary

South Bow Corp. in Calgary invites a Corporate Development Co-op Student to join January 2027 for a 4 or 8 month term. You will support due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction execution across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic opportunities.

You will identify potential targets, analyze market trends, work with senior team members and external advisors, and contribute to presentations and briefing notes for leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary program focused on Business or Engineering.
• Must actively be part of your institution's co-op program.
• Transcripts must be provided upon application.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential M&A opportunities by researching companies and assets and analyzing market trends.
• Support due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction execution with senior team and external advisors.
• Track industry trends and potential targets to inform strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to presentations, investment materials, and briefing notes for leadership and the Board.
