Corporate Development is seeking an Analyst to support a variety of mandates (e.g. mergers, acquisitions, divestments) across all areas of Cenovus’s portfolio including upstream, offshore, midstream, and downstream businesses. This role offers hands‑on exposure to transaction opportunities and close interaction with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external advisors. The successful candidate will play an important role in executing live transactions, conducting rigorous financial analysis, and developing relevant market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a strong financial modelling foundation who are looking to apply their skills in a collaborative, team‑oriented corporate environment.
