Job Description
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial statements across all entities globally.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, and local reporting standards where required.
- Manage the intercompany reconciliations and ensure elimination of intercompany transactions for group reporting
- Develop and enhance financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
- Oversee Canadian corporate tax compliance, including coordination of T2 filings, GST/HST, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of global audits (external and internal) for Canadian and international operations

The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Corporate Controller should have:
- Professional accounting designation (CPA Canada or equivalent international designation such as CA, ACA, ACCA).
- Prior Audit experience is a must
- 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a Controller or Group Consolidation role in a multinational environment.
- Deep expertise in IFRS, Canadian corporate tax, and multi-currency consolidations
