Job summary

London, Ontario-based manufacturing organization seeks a commercially minded Corporate Controller to lead accounting, FP&A, and cost management. This hands-on leadership role partners with senior leadership and operations to deliver financial insight and drive performance.

The role combines controllership, FP&A, operational finance, and business analytics. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance, a CPA is preferred, and strong Excel/ERP proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior finance leadership roles.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong FP&A and financial modelling experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project-based experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting skills.
• Ability to partner with leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive FP&A, financial modelling, KPI reporting, and dashboards.
• Partner with operations on job costing, profitability, margins, inventory, and cost management.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

We’re partnering with an established manufacturing organization in London on a search for a commercially minded Corporate Controller.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity combining controllership, FP&A, operational finance, and business analytics. The role will work closely with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support business performance.
