Job summary

BJRC Recruiting partners with an established manufacturing organization in London to recruit a commercially minded Corporate Controller. This hands-on leadership role combines controllership, FP&A, operational finance, and business analytics, working with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in controllership and senior finance leadership.
• CPA preferred.

We’re partnering with an established manufacturing organization in London on a search for a commercially minded Corporate Controller.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity combining controllership, FP&A, operational finance, and business analytics. The role will work closely with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support business performance.

Ideal Profile

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior finance leadership experience
• CPA preferred
• Strong technical accounting and FP&A experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project-based experience preferred
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting experience
• Comfortable working closely with both leadership and operations
