Job Summary

The Corporate Concierge serves as the main contact and provides administrative support to the unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple corporate floors and employee lounges.
  • Supporting onsite executives to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues, including covering sick calls.
  • Setting up conference rooms and maintaining equipment like whiteboards.
  • Managing meeting room calendars, audio-visual equipment, and training users.
  • Checking and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Managing catering and refreshment orders, tidying cafes, and meeting with vendors.
  • Handling mail, updating staff folders, ordering stationery, and inspecting facilities daily.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1 year of office administration experience.
  • Strong time management, organization, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
