As a Corporate Concierge, this role delivers exceptional resident and visitor experiences in every interaction, providing a range of on-site workplace services. The focus is on anticipating needs, listening to residents and visitors, and making every interaction simple, effective, and quick.

About the role:

This role is responsible for leading and delivering workplace services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strategic operational delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Meet and greet visitors proactively and promptly.
  2. Manage reception services to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Announce the arrival of guests.
  4. Oversee workplace operations.
  5. Coordinate with cleaning contractors to maintain cleanliness and proper use of kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and wellness centers.
  6. Conduct daily workspace walkthroughs, reporting maintenance and cleaning issues.
  7. Maintain data integrity for lockers and parking.
  8. Coordinate meetings and events, working with contractors such as security, cleaning, and catering to meet requirements.
  9. Develop operational standards, manuals, and processes for all workplace aspects.
About you:
  • Strong background in reception, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Practical problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum completion of Higher School Certificate.
