We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a collaborative group of paralegals while also taking ownership of your own files in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of sales, purchases, financing, and leasing transactions—from initiation to completion
- Depending on experience, this person may take on a more senior role preparing substantive documentation for M&A and Financial Services transactions
- Prepare documents, track key dates and deliverables, and provide timely updates throughout each transaction
- Communicate daily with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support internal teams on real estate structures involving joint ventures, limited partnerships, and trusts
- Handle trust accounting and track account details related to transactions
- Conduct due diligence related to land and environmental matters
- Utilize ECORE/Agent services as needed
- Collaborate with team members across all offices, providing cross-office and multi-jurisdictional support
- Work closely with the Real Estate Team to prepare high-quality, accurate, and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to senior-level experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Familiarity with commercial lending is considered a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Land Titles Office (LTO) forms, including registration requirements and e-filing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
