About the Role:

As a Corporate Citizenship & Communications Analyst, you will support Enbridge’s vision for internal communications, employee experience, community investment, and employee volunteering and giving strategies. Reporting to the Managers of Corporate Citizenship and Internal Communications & Employee Engagement within the Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) team, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, shaping trust, and supporting risk and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support corporate citizenship and communication strategies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for Corporate Citizenship activities.
  • Promote the Corporate Giving and Employee Volunteering programs internally and externally.
  • Implement processes for data management, decision-making, documentation, activation, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Represent Enbridge at internal and external events.
  • Support special projects and campaigns related to corporate citizenship.
  • Manage community investment data and collaborate with brand and digital teams for community partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Maintain and enhance the Employee Giving and Volunteering platform (Benevity SPARK).
  • Coordinate campaigns and respond to employee and volunteer inquiries.
Internal Communications:
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate content for digital channels and support storytelling initiatives to boost engagement and trust.
  • Stay updated on communication trends and best practices.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, business administration, CSR, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with large organizations and multi-region operations.
  • Proficiency with Benevity GRANTS and SPARK platforms.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with community initiatives and corporate social responsibility principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, content management platforms, and Google Analytics.
Working Conditions:
  • Based in Calgary with optional WFH days on Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • Occasional travel to Houston, Edmonton, and Vancouver.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and potential for weekend/evening work.
