The practice is predominantly private company M&A, private equity, financing, and general corporate transactional. Ideally you will have the ability to run a private M&A deal or corporate re-organisation, and you’ll be afforded considerable autonomy to take carriage of transactions, with outstanding support and mentorship from expert partners.
