Job summary

ZSA Canada is seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 5+ years in Canadian corporate law, including M&A and commercial agreements, to join our Vancouver or Calgary office. The ideal candidate will handle financings, corporate structuring, and cross-border transactions, working independently on a sophisticated pipeline.

You'll join a collaborative team at a fast-growing firm, advising on corporate matters, negotiating agreements, and supporting growth initiatives across jurisdictions. U.S.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in Canadian corporate law.
• Experience with corporate M&A and commercial agreements.
• Experience with financings and corporate structuring.
• Cross-border transactions and securities exposure appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate files independently and advise on a broad range of corporate matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review corporate and commercial agreements.
• Support growth initiatives and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning and firm development in a fast-growing practice.
