Carscallen LLP is seeking an Associate to join our Corporate and Commercial group in Calgary.

The candidate will be a lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta with 4–7 years of private practice experience in Canada across relevant corporate and commercial matters.

• 4–7 years of private practice experience in Canada.
