YOUR ROLE :
As Legal Assistant, you will work closely with the senior members of management.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Coordinate board meetings, various other meetings and trainings and prepare required documents (agenda, Word and PowerPoint presentations, etc.);
- Manage the IT support and the web platform for the board meetings;
- Perform document filing, uploading of questionnaires and compilation of results by keeping the information up to date;
- Coordinate the presentations by filing the meeting documents to the web platform;
- Participate in various meetings by supporting the General Secretariat department;
- Manage the agendas and meetings by following up on the results (minutes);
- Provide support for various merger and acquisition transactions;
- Provide administrative support to the team members.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- DVS in Secretarial Studies with legal specialization or DCS in Paralegal Technology;
- Experience as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal;
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of Diligent Boards an asset;
- Proactivity and good time management;
- Priority management and professionalism.
