YOUR ROLE :

As Legal Assistant, you will work closely with the senior members of management.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  1. Coordinate board meetings, various other meetings and trainings and prepare required documents (agenda, Word and PowerPoint presentations, etc.);
  2. Manage the IT support and the web platform for the board meetings;
  3. Perform document filing, uploading of questionnaires and compilation of results by keeping the information up to date;
  4. Coordinate the presentations by filing the meeting documents to the web platform;
  5. Participate in various meetings by supporting the General Secretariat department;
  6. Manage the agendas and meetings by following up on the results (minutes);
  7. Provide support for various merger and acquisition transactions;
  8. Provide administrative support to the team members.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  1. DVS in Secretarial Studies with legal specialization or DCS in Paralegal Technology;
  2. Experience as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal;
  3. Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  4. Knowledge of Diligent Boards an asset;
  5. Proactivity and good time management;
  6. Priority management and professionalism.
