Dreamforce Services Inc. in Oakville, ON is seeking a Corporate Accountant for a full-time, permanent role in a public accounting firm. You will manage financial records for corporate clients, prepare statements, and file corporate, sales, and payroll taxes while supporting budgeting and forecasting.

You will analyze financial data, identify improvements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting with corporate clients.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Caseware and TaxPrep software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for corporate clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide guidance on tax strategies and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete client projects timely and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in accounting practices and regulations.
