Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Corporate Account Manager - Transportation for our Mississauga, Stoney Creek, or London Peterbilt location. This position is responsible for ensuring designated accounts are serviced with an industry-leading customer experience. As a key player in the growth and development of the product support program, the Customer Account Manager will collaborate with Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch managers to promote product support sales growth and after-sales support within designated accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop new and maintain existing relationships with senior levels of designated accounts.
  2. Develop, coordinate, and execute account strategies for designated customers.
  3. Act as a liaison for designated customers to ensure a seamless customer experience within Brandt and with OEM partners.
  4. Guide fleets on products, tools, and resources to minimize breakdowns and increase uptime.
  5. Provide guidance to Brandt technical and marketing teams on fleet promotional materials.
  6. Coach and educate customers on Brandt and OEM resources for fleet management.
  7. Collaborate with the Director of Customer Support to enroll fleets into beneficial Paccar programs like Smartlinq, Dealer Sponsored Fleet Warranty, and Online Parts Counter.
  8. Provide feedback on future opportunities and market pressures.
  9. Utilize fleet data such as safety metrics, fuel usage, and cost per mile to influence purchasing decisions.
  10. Coordinate with service departments to ensure timely completion of campaigns and recalls.
  11. Assist in developing and executing new truck delivery strategies, including product demonstrations.
  12. Support truck sales by sharing knowledge of Brandt and Paccar tools and resources.
