Position Summary : The Account Manager is responsible for business development, soliciting new clients from various sources to maintain a customer base and meet sales targets.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as a communication hub between clients and the company
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and the company
  • Offer new services or products to existing clients as relevant
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and commitments to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with team members throughout the sales process
  • Track sales activities using CRM HubSpot and IntelliEvent
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Sales & Marketing Director
  • Increase market share through lead referrals from all business units
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in audio visual, event management, or production industries
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of bb Blanc services and equipment
  • Attend industry events, tradeshows, and bb Blanc-sponsored events
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Polite demeanor, sense of humor, charisma, and rapport-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and professionalism
  • Creative, flexible, and analytical mindset
