Copywriters - Employer Brand and EVP (Remote, Contract)

Join to apply for the Copywriters - Employer Brand and EVP (Remote, Contract) role at Nexus Communications North America .

We are seeking talented writers with experience in Employment Value Proposition and Employer Branding to work on various client projects. These are contract roles, with potential for long-term collaboration.

In this role, you will collaborate with our creative and account teams to develop employee-facing programs targeting stakeholders such as executives, leaders, and contributors.

Key Focus Areas :

  • EVP - Employee Value Proposition : Articulate, express, and refine key messages, summarizing client inputs into clear, compelling pillars that answer "Why work here?" and "Why stay here?"
  • Ad Creative : Develop digital talent attraction concepts for social media, native ads, and programmatic campaigns, including copywriting and A / B testing.
  • Digital / Web Content : Create engaging career page content that accurately reflects the EVP and attracts candidates, with an emphasis on SEO and digital expertise.

Your work will include participating in client meetings, developing strategic content for diverse audiences, presenting concepts, and collaborating closely with project teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements :

  • 2 to 7 years of relevant writing experience, preferably in HR, Internal Communications, or B2B contexts.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills in English; French skills are a plus, especially for the Quebec market.
  • Strong research skills, organizational abilities, and experience working independently.
  • Familiarity with digital content, SEO, and remote work tools like MS Teams.
