Job Description

As the Copy & Print Centre Representative supporting solutionshop, you will consult with customers, provide recommendations on solutions, and utilize all available business development service options to help them achieve their working and learning goals. You will manage sales and production processes, understand the needs of our customers, and find ways to inspire loyalty and trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to sales and margin goals in services such as print, digital marketing, shipping, and tech services.
2. Maintain the appearance and standards of the solutions shop, and ensure supplies are stocked.
3. Review online dashboards and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
4. Pay close attention to detail, manage projects, and follow production procedures.
5. Partner with customers to discover sales opportunities and create a positive customer experience.
6. Operate cash registers, follow loss prevention measures, and maintain store standards.
7. Ensure a safe and clean environment, prioritizing safety for all.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience.
• Experience in a retail or commercial printing environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of customer service excellence and sales results.
• Technologically savvy, curious, approachable, passionate, and solutions-oriented.
