• All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is supplied and maintained by the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Hand pick items such as copper bearings, wire harnesses, rags, dirt, rubber, foam, etc., and place into separate containers.
• Operate and perform routine inspections of mobile equipment.
• Monitor and report operating conditions of production equipment as required.
• Complete and submit checklists or equipment care documents associated with assigned tasks.
• Work primarily in a standing/static position.
• Rotating shift work.
• Wear heavy clothing and job-appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Assist in maintenance tasks, both planned and unplanned.
• Support production efficiencies and uptime.
• Assist with plant housekeeping and perform other duties as required.
• Follow all safety guidelines when operating mobile equipment.
• Perform daily checks to ensure equipment is in proper working order.
• Work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.

What you have:

• Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts between afternoons and nights.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Good attendance and work ethic.
• Physical ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in Heavy Industrial or Manufacturing sectors.
