CoPilot and Change Adoption Architect -M365

As a Copilot & Change Adoption Architect, you will be responsible for hearing business problems and translating them into out-of-the-box solutions or custom extensions! As an ideal candidate, you will work closely with our clients to ensure that all challenges are addressed, and information is shared to help them take advantage of our shared knowledge of Copilot for Microsoft 365.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and provide solutions using Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Use the power of GPT-4, a sophisticated AI model, to quickly summarize long documents and articles, and provide insights and next-best actions.
• Build and deliver training materials to help clients understand and optimally use Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Understand the client’s culture, appetite, readiness and approach to change, and the landscape of other change initiatives.
• Engage with key customers from the client and Cognizant project teams to boost adoption and transition capabilities.
• Complete a customer analysis of key people required to make the adoption and change a success, identifying time and resource commitments.
• Build a communications programme to ensure all affected groups are aware of the need for the change, the benefits to them and the organization and what they need to do to make the change as smooth and conducive as possible.
• Design learning material and a training programme to give all affected groups the knowledge and ability to utilize the technology to fully embrace and benefit from new more efficient and productive ways of working Copilot enables.
• Engage a network of Business Champions to motivate change at a local level.
• Establish a Copilot User Community to support the transition to new ways of working with Copilot.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

• Must have 10+ years of experience in the consulting world.
• Hands-on experience in M365 technologies.
• Mandatory experience supporting critical (7x24) systems.
• Should have experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 and GPT-4.
• Must have experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 M365 DLP Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Cloud Apps and Microsoft Purview.
