Le/la Coordonnateur(trice) Sénior; Gestion des Opérations et Gouvernance soutient les dirigeants clés pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, améliorer la responsabilité et favoriser l'efficacité grâce à la collaboration et aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.
Responsabilités Spécifiques
Soutien et Mise en Oeuvre:
- Assister le Vice-président et le Gestionnaire principal dans la rationalisation des opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des activités de transport.
- Aider à la mise en œuvre du cadre de gouvernance pour assurer la responsabilité et l'alignement avec les indicateurs de performance clés.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes transversales pour favoriser l'efficacité et l'innovation.
- Consolider et synthétiser les informations pour la direction.
Initiatives Stratégiques:
- Soutenir les parties prenantes internes dans la planification et le déploiement des initiatives stratégiques (par exemple, Track & Trace, préparation SCoF).
- Participer à la création de présentations, rapports et à la maintenance des fichiers électroniques.
- Examiner et vérifier les comptes de dépenses de service, en identifiant les écarts.
- Appliquer des solutions créatives et faire preuve de débrouillardise pour résoudre les problèmes.
Connaissance du Marché et Communication:
- Se tenir informé des catégories de produits, des tendances du marché et des conditions de l'industrie.
- Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur des valeurs corporatives de McKesson.
- Tenir la direction informée des engagements, responsabilités et besoins de suivi à venir.
- Soutenir la planification stratégique des projets et la communication.
Gestion des Processus et des Projets:
- Participer à la cartographie des processus et valider l'achèvement des jalons.
- Suivre les progrès des projets et compléter les évaluations finales et les post-mortems.
- Établir un cadre de gestion pour une exécution sans faille des processus et initiatives clés.
- Développer des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pour le suivi des activités opérationnelles et maintenir les plans de communication.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail engageant et assurer la conformité aux réglementations.

Exigences du Poste
Expérience Professionnelle
- 6+ ans d'expérience dans l'environnement McKesson, Service Client, ou Ventes
- Expérience dans le commerce de détail/gros est un atout
- Expérience avec les réglementations, politiques et programmes des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF).
Éducation
- Diplôme de licence en Chaîne d'approvisionnement, Administration des affaires ou équivalent.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Operations East, the Senior Coordinator, Operations and Governance is responsible for supporting key leaders to ensure supply chain processes are running smoothly, Improve accountability and efficiency through collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities
Support and Implementation:
- Support the Vice President and the Senior Manager in the supply chain process stream aimed at ensuring flawless interdependence of operational and transportation activities.
- Assist the Vice President and the Senior Manager in the implementation of the governance framework to drive accountability and alignment of key performance indicators.
- Work in close collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
- Consolidate relevant information and synthesizing it for the Vice President and Senior Manager.
Strategic Initiatives:
- In collaboration with the Vice President and the Senior Manager, support the information for internal stakeholders to plan the deployment key strategic initiatives including but not limited to; Track & Trace, SCoF readiness, etc.
- Participate in the preparation, review, writing, translation (if necessary), and production of presentations for different initiatives.
- Complete and update various end-of-period reports, verify service expense accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of electronic files.
- Applies creativity in problem solving and demonstrate resourcefulness when everyday issues arise.
Market Knowledge and Communication:
- Stay tuned to the relevant business knowledge of product categories and stay abreast of market and industry trends and conditions.
- Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
- Work closely with the Vice President and the Senior Manager to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as needed.
- Support the Vice President, the Senior Manager and members of the leadership team in planning and communicating strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Process and project management:
- Participate in process mapping activities for key processes.
- Validate the completion of various milestones.
- Monitor the progress of projects and initiatives.
- Complete final project assessments and post-mortems.
- Establish a management framework to ensure seamless execution of key processes, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop key performance indicators to enhance tracking of operational activities, including reporting frequency and communication plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster an engaging and rewarding work environment.
- Work closely with various functions to ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, procedures, and laws.

Position Requirements
Working Experience
- 6+ years of experience in McKesson environment, Customer Service, Sales
- Retail/Wholesale experience an asset
- Demonstrated experience with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, policies and programs
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain related field, Business Administration or equivalent
