En seulement cinq ans, nous avons lancé Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend et Nordik Recovery, et livré plus de 100 000 commandes à travers le Canada. Aujourd’hui, notre croissance s’accélère et nous préparons notre expansion en Amérique du Nord et au-delà.
Pour soutenir cette aventure, nous cherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) RH et Finance qui jouera un rôle clé au cœur de l’équipe.
What you’ll be doing
Human Resources & People Ops (40%)
- Welcome and onboard new employees so they feel at home from day one
- Keep employee records up to date and manage payroll and benefits changes
- Support recruitment: post job openings, review applications, schedule interviews
Accounts Payable (35%)
- Process invoices and prepare payments on time
- Follow up with suppliers and answer their questions
- Work closely with the Director of Finance and our accounting firm to ensure accuracy
Culture & Engagement (15%)
- Organize simple but meaningful activities to strengthen team spirit (lunches, small celebrations, wellness activities)
- Be the go-to person employees can rely on for day-to-day support
Office Management (10%)
- Make sure the little things that keep the office running smoothly are taken care of: supplies, vendor coordination, and occasional admin support
What we’re looking for
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, finance, or operations, and comfortable wearing different hats
- Solid Excel skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present information clearly, experience with Quickbooks Online is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- You take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Positive energy and a genuine interest in contributing to a simple, human, and motivating team culture
