WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

The engineering services coordinator will orchestrate the planning of engineering projects and the resulting travel. He/she will ensure excellent support for current and potential clients.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Create and maintain the planning of our engineering projects
• Make necessary reservations for the engineering team (hotel, flights, vehicles)
• Provide support to engineers during their travels if needed
• Create and process client’s quotes and purchase orders in the system
• Advise clients or potential leads on their needs, offering excellent customer service (providing pricing, technical information about products and services)
• Act as a liaison between clients and the various departments at Damotech
• Consistently demonstrate attention to detail, particularly when validating services offered to clients
• Any other related tasks

• 3 years of experience in B2B customer service.
• Strong planning skills: effectively organizing schedules.
• Great attention to detail: leaving no detail to chance.
• Perfectly bilingual, as most clients and leads are English-speaking
