The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a maintenance planner to join our infrastructure and industrial maintenance team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work with many stakeholders in all sectors of the factory.

You will be part of the Maintenance team responsible for maintaining the building, production equipment and housekeeping.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Maintenance Planner will be to coordinate preventive, corrective maintenance and calibration of equipment in the production, tooling, transport, quality, project, equipment & utilities/building maintenance sectors while respecting deadlines, safety, Good Maintenance Practices and quality.

Your challenges:
  • Determine the optimal windows for carrying out preventive and corrective work while minimizing the impact on production;
  • Plan the work according to priorities and the availability of equipment and human and material resources;
  • Carry out, with the technical team, the monitoring of maintenance work throughout the plant;
  • Integrate HSE requirements when scheduling work orders;
  • Develop and communicate the annual maintenance schedule with the production teams;
  • Monitor and publish maintenance performance indicators;
Your boarding pass:
  • DEC in a technical discipline; Mechanical engineering, Logistics, Building mechanics, Electrical engineering, Industrial maintenance, etc., or any other relevant experience
  • Solid experience in a similar position in the industrial sector (aeronautics an asset)
  • Experience in a unionized environment
  • Knowledge of computer-aided maintenance management (CMMS) software
  • Good technical writing skills: Summary, report, etc.
  • Intermediate proficiency in French and beginner in English
