Job description

Short Intro and About the Job

Reporting to the Market Quality Performance Senior Manager, your main responsibility consists in ensuring food safety and superiority of our products downstream: logistics operations, investigating customer and consumer complaints. You follow and ensure that all quality policies, procedures, and systems are adhered to in the delivery of products to customers and consumers. Your responsibilities will extend from factory shipment to consumers.

Quality Logistics

  • Manages product holds and releases using the computer system and by working with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Assists the logistics team in continuous performance improvement activities (FGL, first time right, incoming inspections, etc.), including incident management, problem resolution, and trend definition.
  • Acts as a quality representative in the daily management activities of logistics operations: verifications, gap analysis, supports the implementation of new procedures, and any other activities necessary to meet Danone's requirements.

Market Quality

  • Manages consumer and customer complaints and requests on a daily basis and supports investigations with factories and other members of the Quality team.
  • Manages and completes requests (factory quality, sales, logistics, customer solutions, etc.) and ensures that the correct information is quickly transmitted to the appropriate service.
  • Is responsible for managing consumer and customer complaint data: maintains data accuracy, documents investigation requests, conclusions, and action plans, identifies problems and opportunities for improvement, etc.
About You

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor or College degree in science and food technology, chemistry, food engineering or in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in relevant field, such as food processing.
  • Bilingualism is required (French and English).
  • Capacity to facilitate solving problems
  • Ease in processing data and using different IT systems (SAP, PowerBI, Suite Microsoft, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of Quality Systems and Plant Operations
