Youth for Christ is seeking a Study Hub Program Coordinator to work with young people in the La Corde community. The successful candidate will implement engaging programs for high school students and college learners, contributing to their personal and academic success while sharing a positive message. French language skills are required, and the role will focus on impacting youth in the Cloverdale and West Island areas.

Job description

The Study Hub Program Coordinator will work with young people connected with the La Corde community. You will be given the freedom to pursue your calling at La Corde but also the larger MYU ministry; work alongside the ministry leader and a dedicated team of volunteers to build and implement a valuable program for 2nd level high school aged learners, college and university students.

All through the programs you will be giving young people in the community opportunities to make positive choices in their lives and equip them for academic success. You will also have the opportunity to share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

The ideal candidate will need to be organized and enthusiastic about positively impacting the lives of youth in the community of Cloverdale and the West Island greater area. The Coordinator will participate in the implementation of good practices of the program and be familiar with aspects of other La Corde Youth Center programs. Given the nature of the work and the clientele we work with, the successful support staff will need to speak french and live in or close to the West island.

Compensation

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00per year
