Responsibilities include managing complex engineering projects, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating technical change planning, ensuring adherence to standards, working with stakeholders, managing project priorities, risk management, safety processes, budget and resource planning, reporting, and document management.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with 8-10 years in project management or aerospace;
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles;
• Sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience;
• Experience in structural and/or systems development is an asset;
• Professional attitude and superior communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to objectives;
• Leadership, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic, results-oriented;
• Technical curiosity;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Good problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities;
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in MS Excel and MS Project being an asset.
