PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs general administrative tasks such as handling the mail, typing, and maintenance of filling systems for the program.
  2. Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly.
  3. Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program.
  4. Act as a liaison between other members of the team.
  5. Handling faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timely.
  6. Labeling and attaching documents to the CRM and program drives.
  7. Review and analyze documents for Adverse Events.
  8. Report Adverse Events.
  9. As required, responsible for processing copayment requests for patients, pharmacies and/or physicians for programs offering copay assistance or concierge payments.
  10. Audits and maintains various reports specific to his/her business location by checking for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies; makes corrections and notifies appropriate personnel of any modifications.
  11. Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.
  12. Participate in product and disease training sessions, internal as well as client-driven.
  13. Liaise with HCPs for prescription renewals via phone calls.
  14. Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  15. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
  16. Performs other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred.
  2. Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  3. 3-5 years experience in a similar administrative role.
  4. Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal, in English and in French, an asset.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is essential.
  3. Demonstrate a willingness to change and to learn new skills.
  4. Agility to adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  8. Excellent problem solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

  11. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
