What you'll do

There's a variety of responsibilities in this role, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key duties include:

  • Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates in store policies and procedures.
  • Planning and prioritizing tasks, providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
  • Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and standards are met.
  • Creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas to influence sales and trends, aligning with the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and technical knowledge of register operations
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
