What you'll do

There's a variety of tasks in this role, contributing to different aspects of the store such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a high-quality customer service culture by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates collaboratively with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and standards are met.
• Influencing sales and trends by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, promoting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies through dynamic feature changes.

What you'll need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
