What you'll do

There's a variety of responsibilities across store functions such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
  • Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates collaboratively with management.
  • Training and developing Associates on merchandise presentation and customer service to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and standards are met.
  • Contributing to sales and trends by creating inspiring displays in high-impact areas, supporting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.

What you'll need

To start your career with us, you should have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant retail or service industry experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify customer and Associate needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
  • Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
