Vous ferez partie de l’équipe méthode support a pour rôle principal de faire le lien entre l'ingénierie et la production afin de garantir l'efficacité, la fiabilité et la conformité des opérations d'assemblage.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que coordonnateur sera de coordonner la préparation, le suivi et la communication des plans techniques, résoudre les bloquants et assurer l’adhérence au planning, tout en fournissant un support technique aux équipes et en facilitant la collaboration avec les différents intervenants.

You will be part of the method support team, whose main role is to bridge the gap between engineering and production to guarantee the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of assembly operations.
The team is organized to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, with mutual support and collective learning.
