Job Summary
Responsible for entering, tracking, and analyzing all product and related materials. Acts as the point of contact for warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily distribution, report processing, and correspondence as directed by the Manager.
- Maintain and update equipment and product tracking logs.
- Manage electronic receipts of equipment/products upon arrival.
- Oversee warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Enter all receiving, purchase order information, and virtual shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Pull inventory for order preparation, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets.
- Coordinate and manage equipment maintenance.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, assisting customers, clients, and vendors as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to apply basic math principles, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues at all levels.
- Customer service focus and client communication skills.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
- Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking, and receiving; international shipping experience preferred.
- Ability to pass internal forklift certification.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract meeting AVI-SPL standards.
