The Volunteer Experience (VE) Team is responsible for recruiting and maintaining effective volunteer support for CCS throughout an annual cycle of campaigns and activities. The team establishes and implements standards of practice, tools, resources, and support for the volunteer experience throughout the volunteer cycle.
Reporting to the Volunteer Experience Manager, Mission, the Recruitment Coordinator, Mission is a nationwide position supporting volunteer recruitment for CCS Mission and Operations activities. This includes preparing recruitment requests and processes in Salesforce, assisting with advertising, recruiting lead volunteers as required, and positioning volunteers for mission and operations programs.
This role is integral to the success of the Volunteer Experience Team.
