The Training Coordinator role reports into the Supervisor of Training for Canadian Nitrogen. This role is responsible for assigning, scheduling and tracking all mandatory and non-mandatory training. The Training Coordinator will provide service to both Fort Saskatchewan and Joffre Nitrogen locations helping to develop and maintain site-specific training material, while also acting as a SME during development and updating of Nutrien specific courses. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities, combined with a proven capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Strong presentation skills and a talent for facilitating engaging learning discussions are essential to excel in this role.
This position is based out of Nutrien\'s Fort Saskatchewan site and is not available for remote work.
