The Talent Acquisition Strategy & Centre of Excellence team oversees recruitment marketing, talent programs and events, strategic relationships, process optimization, and innovative technologies for Talent Acquisition (TA) across the enterprise. The Coordinator will support all pillars of the team in the execution of day-to-day activities and special projects while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
  • Recruitment Marketing support (Indeed, LinkedIn, creative content, copywriting)
  • TA Technology support (Platform administration, troubleshooting)
  • TA Strategic Partnerships support (Event coordination and execution)
  • Cost centre administration and invoice management
  • Monthly dashboard reporting, working cross-functionally with the TA leadership team
  • Inbox management for centralized TA support requests

What you have to offer:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline i.e. Marketing, Human Resources, Business
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms etc.)
  • Experience using Canva for graphic design and presentations
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to create and manage positive internal and external relationships
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System is considered an asset
