Position Status: Temporary Full-Time (12 months)

Available: Immediately

Description of the Position:

The Coordinator, Stewardship Events will support in the planning, execution and administration of stewardship and cultivation events. Working closely with and reporting to the Manager, Stewardship Events, the Coordinator will support the delivery of compelling event experiences which culminate in donor loyalty, stakeholder satisfaction and drives revenue.

You will:

  1. Provide event support and execution of stewardship, cultivation and recognition events;
  2. Support various facets of the event, which may include concept development and delivery, coordination of logistical tactics, execution and post-event reconciliation;
  3. Support the team with all aspects of event planning to execution;
  4. Build meaningful and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide excellent customer service at all times;
  5. Work closely with the Hospital teams to execute events on campus;
  6. Work collaboratively with various Foundation Teams to build strong relationships to ensure a successful outcome of all events;
  7. Work in collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and manage event budgets which includes providing budgetary recommendations and identifying cost saving opportunities;
  8. Manage general administrative duties including crosschecking lists, mailings, filing, file maintenance, copying, mail/couriers and ordering of supplies;
  9. Own credit card reconciliation and inputting of expenses into events budgets, as well as crosschecking of reconciled event budgets with Foundation P&L reports;
  10. Participate in team discussions and provide input in team process, plan administration and program implementation.
