Your Role
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Team in executing and achieving sales plans and strategies for the brands.
- Builds, maintains, and ensures accuracy of all sales-related documents: sales reports, inventory reports, sample trackers, costing files, customer purchase orders, and line sheets.
- Supports the wholesale team with seasonal go-to-market activities such as the sell-in calendar, travel, and presentation preparation.
- Manages and coordinates all sample requests from customers and ensures timely delivery.
- Manages day-to-day communication and follow-ups with customers, the product development team, order management team, and suppliers.
- Tracks revenue projections monthly to ensure sales targets are met.
- Maintains seasonal projection files to support the consensus process.
- Works cross-functionally to ensure milestones are on track, supporting a seamless customer journey from onboarding to delivery.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Works well cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
