Your Role

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Team in executing and achieving sales plans and strategies for the brands.

  • Builds, maintains, and ensures accuracy of all sales-related documents: sales reports, inventory reports, sample trackers, costing files, customer purchase orders, and line sheets.
  • Supports the wholesale team with seasonal go-to-market activities such as the sell-in calendar, travel, and presentation preparation.
  • Manages and coordinates all sample requests from customers and ensures timely delivery.
  • Manages day-to-day communication and follow-ups with customers, the product development team, order management team, and suppliers.
  • Tracks revenue projections monthly to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Maintains seasonal projection files to support the consensus process.
  • Works cross-functionally to ensure milestones are on track, supporting a seamless customer journey from onboarding to delivery.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Works well cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
