Qualifications

  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche mit Fokus auf Kundenservice.

The Opportunity

The RESP group at IG Wealth Management seeks a dedicated Coordinator to join our team. Process Management & Administration provides administrative and servicing support across multiple lines of business including Mortgages, Insurance, IGFS, IGFS Nominee, and IGSI. The role involves processing and servicing support for IGM clients, Consultant Network, Planning Specialists, Regional Offices, and other areas.

As a Coordinator, you will:

  1. Provide high-quality service to external and internal customers.
  2. Perform account management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French.
  3. Interpret and analyze documentation for input and processing of various investment products, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  4. Create effortless experiences for clients.
  5. Support internal departments and external clients for all received requests.
  6. Apply business knowledge and encourage a client-focused mindset.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement collaboratively.
  8. Collaborate with internal partners to enhance business processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1-2 years of financial industry experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with back-office data processes, procedures, and systems such as Microsoft Office, Fundserv, PlatformZero, TreX, SAS, and RBroker.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships with teams, peers, and business partners.
  • A results-oriented, detail-focused approach with decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A strategic mindset capable of considering regulatory environments in problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; bilingual in English & French is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Education : Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field. Industry-related courses such as CSC and IFC are assets but not required.

Availability : Candidates must be available to work shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during weekdays and weekends. This role is hybrid, with in-office expectations evolving based on business needs.
