Job description

Coordinator, Program Delivery

Founded in 2011, by His Majesty King Charles III, The King's Trust Canada (formerly the Prince's Trust Canada), is a national charity that creates pathways to employment for young people facing barriers by providing free skills training, work experience and networking opportunities.

We work with leading Canadian employers, community partners, and educational institutions to advance our mission of helping 100,000 young people increase their employability. By enhancing the skills of our nation's young people – especially those facing barriers – we play an integral role in strengthening Canada's workforce, promoting equity and fostering sustainable economic growth.

Reporting to the Programming Department, the Coordinator, Program Delivery will facilitate the delivery of programming including, but not limited to, in-person and virtual workshops, events, activities and outreach initiatives. With a strong focus on establishing high-quality facilitation standards, the coordinator will support the department by establishing documented facilitation practices and ongoing improvements to our shared practice.

The coordinator collaborates closely with several members of staff to achieve a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, programming logistics and support, program recruitment and outreach, tracking program effectiveness, and supporting ongoing facilitation development for participant learning and success.

The coordinator exhibits emerging leadership abilities in facilitation and participant engagement, team coordination, efficient task management, and proactive problem-solving. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong facilitation skills, a passion for youth programming, and a penchant for creating meaningful participant experiences.

Please Note: This full-time role has a hiring range of $48,000 - $52,000 and includes an employee benefits program and three (3) weeks' vacation (in addition to a winter break, approximately 1 week).

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week at our Downtown Toronto office. This role may require occasional travel within the GTA for event support and occasional work outside of standard working hours (evenings, weekends).

  • Working with collaborators to align program activities with objectives and ensure all program elements are executed efficiently.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to support both in-person and virtual program delivery, troubleshooting technical issues as needed

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting

  • Conduct day-to-day program monitoring, including data collection, processing, record-keeping, and supporting evaluation activities to measure outcomes.
  • Assist in analyzing feedback and trends to inform program improvements and share insights with collaborators through reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation, ensuring all program data and materials are accessible and up to date.

  • Act as a liaison between program participants, partners, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
  • Organize meetings, events, and training sessions, managing logistics and materials to promote engagement and effective participation.
  • Support team efforts to address operational challenges and contribute to organizational initiatives by leveraging problem-solving and coordination skills.
