YOUR ROLE

As part of the Product Management team, the coordinator will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy in PLM (Product lifecycle system) working closely with the Montreal Aldo Product Services (APS) teams and our China Sourcing team.

  • Monitors all stages of the development process and enters as well as maintains data in PLM (Product Life Cycle system).
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the data, anticipates any potential issues and proactively suggests solutions to the teams.
  • Manages all samples that come through the department and communicates all product updates with other departments including final confirmation samples.
  • Establishes & builds cross-functional relationships with product management, account management and sourcing team to meet sample deadlines.
  • Supports the design team in maintaining material library – both PLM and physical library.
  • Supports Product Managers in setting up customer presentations (Physical and virtual).

  • Bachelor, College Degree (A.E.C. or D.E.C.).
  • 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Works well cross-functionally, both with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
