An environmental organization is seeking a full-time Coordinator, Monthly Giving, to manage and enhance fundraising efforts. This role involves coordinating campaigns, working with vendors, and analyzing results to meet strategic goals. Position Summary
The National Marketing and Development team at Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) seeks a full-time Coordinator, Monthly Giving, for a 12-month contract. This role will support strategic fundraising goals and continue the growth of the monthly giving program. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Monthly Giving and Supporter Services, this role will coordinate, execute, and monitor all monthly giving campaigns at NCC across all channels. This includes face-to-face fundraising, telemarketing, direct mail, digital, and other campaigns, along with ensuring the effective stewardship and cultivation of NCC monthly donors.
The successful candidate will work closely and collaborate with members of NCC’s Marketing & Development team. Externally, they will manage multiple vendors to ensure campaigns deploy on time and on budget, ensuring quality, volume and income targets are met. The position requires a professional individual with previous experience in coordinating direct response, digital, multi-channel and / or monthly giving fundraising programs, and demonstrated experience working with data files.
