Position Summary

Northern Health is seeking an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Coordinator. The Coordinator, Medical Staff Support, is responsible for ensuring effective and timely coordination of key Medical Affairs administrative processes and programs. This includes responsibilities in Medical Staff Performance Enhancement, ByteBloc, and liaising with NH Medical Affairs, Physician Compensation, and key Ministry of Health departments.

Starting salary will be approximately from $57,347 to $71,684, based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business and/or Office Administration plus 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Completion of a course in medical terminology is an asset.
