Responsibilities may include sorting, preparing, labeling, routing, and verifying items to support accurate and timely delivery while following established operational procedures and controls.The role may also support high-volume mailing and shipping activities through the use of mail-processing equipment, shipping systems, and material-handling tools. Responsibilities may include receiving, inspecting, recording, packaging, and distributing materials, supplies, and shipments to appropriate locations.This role helps maintain the security, accuracy, and integrity of records, documents, and shipments by following established procedures, documenting transactions, monitoring deliveries and pickups, and addressing routine discrepancies. The role may also support issue resolution by researching shipment or delivery concerns and coordinating appropriate follow-up actions.The role provides operational support through data entry, record maintenance, customer service, and process execution.
