A leading sports organization is seeking a Coordinator for Inclusion Programs. This full-time, one-year contract role involves supporting participation in golf for women and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include event planning, administrative support for initiatives, and community outreach. Status: Full Time, One-Year Contract (with the possibility of renewal)

OVERVIEW:
The Coordinator, Inclusion Programs is a motivated self-starter who will be a key member of Golf Canada’s Sport team. The successful candidate will be passionate about event planning and organization and will have strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. This individual will assist in the development, planning and execution of programs and initiatives designed to increase participation in golf for women & girls through the She Plays Golf initiative. The successful candidate will also support programming designed to address gaps in the participant pathway for individuals with disabilities and other marginalized communities. The Coordinator, Inclusion Programs will provide administrative support for She Plays Golf (SPG), the Community Grant Program, and the tracking of Safe Sport compliance.
