PROFILE

Reporting to the Director of Student and Associate Affairs performing a variety of administrative duties relating to Student and Associate management such as recruitment, mentoring, evaluation, and compensation. This job receives some direction and guidance; most tasks and objectives are accomplished independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist with the delivery of comprehensive Student and Associate orientation programs
  2. Preparation of all associated materials
  3. Preparation of various documents, which includes correspondence, schedules, reports etc. and ensuring accurate routing where required.
  4. Coordinating the Student and Associate evaluations including management and maintenance of all files and forms, collection of data, creating reports.
  5. Assist in all levels of the Student Recruitment process, including managing the logistics and related documents/items, of various Career Fairs.
  6. Responsible for the coordination of Firm involvement in Law School Sponsorships.
  7. Coordinating student social events.
  8. Any other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Ability to communicate effectively with other Firm members, with the aptitude to take care of clients’ needs in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  3. 5 years relevant experience
  4. Produce a high quality and quantity of work product, occasionally under tight timelines
  5. Able to prioritize and to redefine priorities when necessary
  6. Handle stress in a business-like manner
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  8. Bilingualism (French/English)
