Title: Coordinator - Health Equipment Loan Program

Employee Working Location: In-person (Surrey)

Employment Status: Temporary Full-time (6 Months)

In this role, you will :

Ensure that client services objectives and targets are met, monitor program delivery to ensure high performance standards and quality control.

Assist in developing annual action plans for the client services team.

Oversee the receiving, processing and tracking of client service requests, meeting Red Cross standards for timeliness and quality.

Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and Volunteer Engagement Experience regarding volunteer requirements necessary to achieve program objectives.

Develop and implement volunteer retention and engagement activities.

Select, supervise, and coach Lead Client Service volunteers in their role as volunteer supervisors.

Contribute to and recommends modifications to systems designed to streamline, better secure or otherwise improve service delivery.

Track financial and equipment donations and initiate corrective action when required.

What we are looking for :

The minimum qualifications for this position are the completion of a two (2) year post-secondary diploma with a concentration in rehabilitation sciences, social services, business, and a minimum of two years of experience in volunteer management in a service-oriented capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in MS Office suite.

Strong interpersonal skills.

A collaborative approach to finding solutions.

Ability to influence and lead others.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and experience working in health programs is an asset.

Experience working with a diverse population, and an understanding of cultural issues is an asset.

Fluency in English is required, and fluency in another language is an asset.

Working conditions :

Frequent travel around the lower mainland region region.

Current First Aid Certification, or willingness to take training.

Some work will be conducted during non-traditional work hours, (Saturdays).
