Coordinator, Foundation & Outreach provides operational support for the Outreach and Foundation teams, including schedules, meeting support, calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence in a busy office with multiple deadlines. The Coordinator provides a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional presence to the Senior Vice President, Outreach & Foundation, the Foundation Board and the CPA Education Foundation team. This role reports to the Director of the CPA Education Foundation.
CPA Alberta has offices in Edmonton and Calgary and provides hybrid Telecommuting opportunities (working from home a maximum of 3 days a week).

What You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with stakeholders.
- Experience hosting online events and managing online event platforms is an asset.
- Post-secondary education would be an asset.
- Two years of experience in a professional environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide administrative support to the SVP Outreach & Foundation and Foundation Director as required, including travel arrangements and coordination of Outlook calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, documents, presentations, reports, and other communications.
- Assist in researching opportunities and collaborators that could support Foundation initiatives, as directed by Foundation management.
- Meeting support and logistics for internal and external stakeholders including facilities and catering, accommodation.
- Attending Foundation Board and committee meetings and preparing agenda packages and minutes.
- Attend and support CPA Education Foundation meetings, projects and events as required.
- Improve and maintain filing and document management for both paper and electronic documents.
- Collaborate with other departments within CPA Alberta to support programming that aligns with the Foundation’s mandate and special projects.
